2. License for Downloads. Free for personal & commercial projects; no resell/redistribution of raw files; no AI/ML training without our written permission.
3. Prohibited Uses. No reselling, sharing, mirroring, re-packaging as standalone assets; no scraping/bulk downloads; no removal of copyright notices; no unlawful or misleading use.
4. Attribution. Not required; appreciated: “Textures by aiTextured.com”.
5. Intellectual Property. We retain all rights not expressly granted by the FCL.
6. Third-Party Links. We are not responsible for external sites.
7. Privacy & Cookies. See our Privacy Policy (if available).
8. Disclaimer. Provided “as is” without warranties.
9. Limitation of Liability. No liability for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Changes. Updates take effect upon posting.
