Every download includes core PBR maps—albedo/basecolor, normal, roughness, and ambient occlusion—with height or displacement where appropriate, enabling crisp grout definition, chipped edges, and subtle bevels without hand-painting.
These materials are built to scale and optimized for predictable tiling in architectural visualization, games, and VFX. Use smaller repeat counts for tight shots of bathrooms and kitchens, or push the tiling distance for lobbies, corridors, and exterior facades without visible seams. Variants cover glossy glazed finishes with clear specular highlights, natural matte and satin sheens that tame reflections, lightly weathered and lived-in looks, and premium stone-inspired tiles such as marble, slate, and granite. Grout tones are neutral and consistent to avoid color cast; height data preserves the recess between tiles so parallax and displacement reads well at oblique angles.
Workflows are straightforward in Blender, Unreal Engine, and Unity: plug the basecolor into the base or albedo input, normal into your engine’s normal socket, roughness as-is (invert only if your shader expects gloss), AO into either a multiply stage or the occlusion channel, and height into displacement or parallax mapping as performance allows. For packed workflows, you can combine AO/Roughness/Metallic as needed. Assets ship in practical resolutions from 1K for layout and look-dev up to 8K for hero shots, with PNG/WEBP options to balance quality and footprint.
